2. Access Data / Server Log Files

Our website is hosted by All-INKL.COM | Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany.

Each time you access the site, the server automatically records:

  • IP address of the device

  • Date and time of the request

  • Name and URL of the requested file

  • Referrer URL

  • Browser type / version and operating system

These data are processed solely to ensure technical stability and security and are deleted automatically after seven (7) days. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).


3. Content Management System (WordPress)

The site is built with the open-source content management system WordPress. WordPress is used purely as a publishing tool; all front-end functions that could set cookies or process personal data (e.g. comments, visitor log-ins, statistics) are disabled.


4. Cookies & Tracking

We set no cookies and use no tracking technologies (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel).


5. Contact via Google Forms

We provide a link to a form hosted by Google Forms. Once you click the link, you leave our website; only the privacy policy of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA applies (https://policies.google.com/privacy). Google may transfer data to the USA and relies, inter alia, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

  • Purpose: Handling your enquiry and sending information.

  • Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

  • Storage period: We delete the data received via Google Forms immediately after you withdraw your consent or the purpose has been fulfilled, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect.
